Lofted Garage

Cabin
The Cabin comes both in Lofted Barn and Gabled A Frame. It includes a 6' covered porch area. Included in the package is 3 windows and a 9-Lite man door.
Side Lofted Barn
Our most popular unit, great option if you're looking to maximize storage space. Plenty of space in the 2 lofts above, included in the package is 70" wide double door and two windows.
Premier Lofted Barn Cabin
Offering a large "L" shape covered porch area with overhead lofts inside for extra storage or sleeping bunks. There is 6'6" of space under the loft, but this can be raised an aditional 14".

What materials do you use for building sheds?
Our buildings are built on 4x6 Pressure Treated Skids, notched into 2x6 floor joists. Standard flooring of 5/8, and Garage units have 3/4 Gold Edge Flooring. Standard framing is 2x4 with the option to upgrade to 2x6 framing. We use 50 year Urethane siding for all our units and 30 year metal roofing.
How long does it take to build a custom shed?
Typically, it takes between 4 to 8 weeks from the time you place your order to have the unit finished. We will then reach out to arrange delivery.
Are your sheds covered by warranty?
Yes, all our sheds come with a 5 year Craftsmanship Warranty, a 30 year Metal Roof Warranty and a 50 year Siding Warranty!
Can these be 4 Season Cabins?
Yes! We offer Spray Foam Insulation options on all of our buildings, and have had several customers live in the buildings year round, even in Alberta!
Do I need a permit to install a shed on my property?
Permit requirements vary by location. KGH Buildings is not responsible for assisting with permits as it varies with counties.
Can I customize the interior of my shed?
At KGH Buildings we do not offer interior finishings, only insulation. We offer moving windows and doors around and exterior colours. We only sell the sell units as a shell so you can finish the interior as you would like.
What kind of preparation is required before placement?
Our buildings all come on 4x6 pressure treated skids that the building is meant to be rested on. The only requirement for placement is a level surface.
How does the FREE delivery work?
Delivery and setup is free within 80kms of any of our dealers across Alberta on 12ft wide and under units. Even if you do not qualify for free delivery our delivery options are very reasonably priced, submit our quote form to get a quote. 14ft and 16ft Units require Pilots and Permits.
